Robust, comfortable in height, and capable of operations safely, that otherwise are difficult, or unsafe, and providing outstanding performance in the removal of dust and debris, the table is engineered for heavy-duty use. 

What makes this Router Table unique are:

1. All components are made in the USA.
2. The table offers a single unit for both vertical and horizontal use of your router.
3. You can build your own base cabinet. Prints are available.
4. The 42” height provides a more comfortable work area to operate, measure and adjust the routers.
5. Our powder coated 1/4" steel plates provide strength, durability and protection from rust and corrosion.
6. Most importantly, our table will permit the use of a router in the horizontal axis (patent pending), because:

1. Optimal tool speed is easier to achieve because the tool size is more uniform.
2. A safer environment is achieved because the tool is primarily below the tabletop, at the rear. Provision is made for a feather board.
3. Less horsepower is required to do the operation than if it were done on a vertical axis.
4. The atmosphere in the shop will be healthier. The debris from operations such as “panel raising, crown molding or linear dovetails” is thrown down into a collection chute that has a 4” (2 1/4" is available) diameter flange on it.
5. All tables are drilled to accept the back plane. Purchase as original, or add the back plane feature later.
6. The large table (22” x 30”) makes it easy to handle large panels, and the back plane router axis is always held parallel to the surface.
7. Cutter height is adjusted simply and extremely accurate.  Each revolution of the adjusting knob yields 0.090” rise or drop in height.
